Volunteer with us
We have several events coming up over the festive period and we’d love for you to come and Volunteer with us. Volunteering is great for trying new things, meeting new people, gaining confidence and adding to your C.V. We have opportunities available at the events listed below.

Saturday 27th November – Great Dunmow Christmas Market 2-6pm
Friday 3rd December – Saffron Walden Late Night Shopping 5:30-8:30pm
Saturday 4th December – Epping Town Christmas Market 10-4pm
Sunday 5th December – Accuro Santa’s in the Square – Santa Dash in Saffron Walden Market Square 9-10:15am

Put your hat on!
Accuro’s Bobble Hat Day is on Wednesday 15th December. Bobble Hat Day is just that, a day to wear your festive or woolly hat and make a difference to local people with disabilities as you do so by raising awareness for Accuro. You could take part as a group at work or school, or even virtually by snapping a selfie and tagging your friends on social media encouraging them to do the same. Donate your Crafts
Do you love arts and crafts? If you’re a keen crafter and would like to show your support, we’d love if you would consider donating your items for our Christmas Stalls this year. We’re looking for items such as hand made jewellery, candles, knitted items, decorations, homeware, and other gifts. We cannot accept food or perishable items at this time.

Get Social
Showing your support for Accuro on Social Media is a fun, free and easy way to help us spread the word about what we do. We’ve got plenty of festive events coming up as well as lots of fun activities planned at our clubs and services and we’d love for you to help us share them with the world! Simply liking, commenting on or sharing our social media posts has the potential to make a huge impact. Become an Accuro Champion
Supporting Accuro with a donation of any amount, at any time of year is truly appreciated. We couldn’t do what we do without our kind donors, fundraisers and supporters. If you’d like to increase your impact, why not consider becoming an Accuro Champion this Christmas? The Accuro Champion scheme is available for people who would like to make a regular monthly or annual donation to our charity. We are extremely thankful for any amount that people can donate, and Champions are free to stop making payments at any time they wish.
