We’ve had a brilliant few weeks with several fantastic Accuro supporters taking on exciting charity challenges for Accuro. Elodie spent the whole of July learning Italian for Accuro’s #TryInJuly Challenge, raising over £180* and learning something new in the process! Hayley raised over £900 taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon on Sunday 1st August, impressively training for and running the race over a year later than initially planned, due to the rescheduling of the 2020 event. Jo and Liam reached for the sky (and back down again!) in an exciting Skydive on Saturday 31st July, between them raising over £1100. A massive thank you to our brave and impressive challengers – your support truly makes a huge difference.
We’re not done yet though – watch out Tokyo, the Accuro Olympics are in town! Sue, Eden and Tina are taking on the ‘Accuro 50‘, a 50 mile walking challenge in October, Alex is triathlon training, Chloe and Mark will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in October, Jamie and Jon are undertaking a ‘distance unknown’ cycle challenge in November and the Barratt’s Team will be taking to the skies for a Skydive – phew! If you’re feeling inspired to take on your own charity challenge, check out some of our suggestions here.
