We currently provide six services across Uttlesford, Epping and Harlow for children, young people and adults with a disability.
The staff and volunteers who run our clubs have a broad range of experience and qualifications. Each service has a core staffing team supplemented by bank staff and volunteers. They all hold a current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate and attend regular training, such as Child Protection, First Aid, Manual Handling and Epilepsy.
To attend one of Accuro’sClubs, the child, young person or adult must have received a diagnosis of disability.
To register a child, young person or adult please get in touch with the relevant member of staff (please see details for the co-ordinators above). Once they have received your request, they will arrange a home visit to carry out an assessment for individual needs, behaviours and medical requirements.
Please note that there will be a fee for attending the Clubs, which will be discussed during the assessment.
