Accuro Active

For ages 18+
Accuro Active offers activities and days out for adults with a disability.
Designed to give adults with a disability opportunities to spend time together out and about in the community, and to support health and wellbeing.
To date, trips have included paddleboarding, days out on a canal boat with Canalability and pumpkin picking at Cammas Hall, all accessed with our Accuro minibus.
Days are planned with suggestions and feedback from our members ensuring activities are engaging and enjoyed!
Accuro Socials

Regular evening socials in Uttlesford, Harlow and Epping Forest.
STRIDE Life Skills Programme
10—2pm alternate Saturdays. Six months in each location (Uttlesford, Harlow and Epping Forest)
For under 25s
STRIDE is a life skills programme for young adults. Sessions cover topics such as Relationships, Household Tasks, Employment, Digital Skills, and more.
