For our Christmas Cook Along on Friday 11th December at 6pm, Luke will demonstrate how to make Salmon en Croute as well as a delicious vegetable accompaniment. If you stay tuned at the end, you’ll be in for a treat with a bonus cocktail making session where we’ll be mixing three festive drinks!

We ask you to join in with the festive spirit and come to the session wearing your favourite Christmas Jumper. We will be raising a glass to friends and family as well as pulling a Christmas Cracker so bring one along! We will be taking images during the session to post on our social media feeds but if you rather not be in them you can turn your video off and still join in with the Cook Along.

I hope the Christmas Cook Along will provide some light relief and celebration in these tricky times.
