Listening and Learning – our latest Stakeholder survey

We regularly carry out a stakeholder survey to make sure we’re listening to the people who matter most — our members, their families and carers.

The survey helps us to understand what we’re doing well, where we could do better, and where there may be gaps in support or unmet needs within our community. The survey helps us to keep improving and be agile about shaping services around what people need. It’s one of the most important ways we learn, grow and stay accountable to the people we’re here for.

We have received feedback from our most recent survey this year and are delighted to report that:

  • 100% of members told us they have made friends, are happy, have fun, feel confident and good about themselves, feel more independent, do new things and look forward to coming to Accuro.
  • 98% of parent and carers would recommend Accuro to a family in need.
  • 98% agree “Accuro provides opportunities for Fun, Friendship and Belonging for everyone with a disability”.
  • 88% agree their family has benefited from respite whilst their child or adult is at Accuro.

We are proud to create an environment where our members can build friendships, grow in confidence and live more independent lives whilst families and carers have time for a break. Read some of the comments received and understand the difference Accuro makes.

These survey results will help us shape our clubs and activities in the future. It is an exciting time for Accuro, sign up to our newsletter and follow us on our social channels to keep up to date with developments and news.
