TRUSTEES (UNPAID OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES)

Accuro is the provider of a range of services for children/adults with a disability who reside in West Essex. Accuro is a dynamic, registered charity that, following the successful tendering for new funding, is about to expand a number of its existing services and to introduce three new services.

We are now seeking additional trustees who can play an active role in our expansion and who will assist us in maintaining a high quality in the services that we provide. We are seeking people who will share our positive values and be willing to make a commitment in time to the organisation. We are seeking trustees with a range of skills but would be particularly interested in hearing from people with skills in one or more of the following areas:

• human resources
• health & safety
• marketing & publicity

We are also keen to achieve a more diverse Board of Trustees and we, therefore, welcome applications from all sections of the community.

Our trustees are all volunteers but we do have the capacity to meet appropriate expenses (e.g. travel costs). We will also provide an appropriate induction to all new trustees and offer regular opportunities for our trustees to undergo training relevant to their role.
